Through moderated panel discussions, presentations, readings and performances by feature writers, regional writers and students, the festival seeks to engage writers from around the region. The North Writing Festival represents many forms of writing including poetry, prose, song writing, and spoken word as well as a broad range of publishing formats (e.g. print, digital, oral).
