Open since 1991, the library is home to a wonderful selection of books, all easily accessible with a library card. Get lost in the words of classic novels, discover your new favourite author, and when you’re on the lookout for a book they might not have, use their fantastic inter-library loan program. A world of good reading is at your fingertips at the Stewart Public Library.

Looking for hands-on programs for children and adults? They’ve got you covered. From interactive summer reading programs and homework help for children, to seed planting, knitting and armchair tourism for adults, you’ll never run out of things to try.

Maybe you need a break from reading, access the Recreation Library. Free with your library card, adults can check out everything from bikes, to bird watching backpacks.
